A brief Introduction
What is Poise Academy?
Poise Academy is a Christian-based Academy of the Arts, encompassing Literature, Arts, Modeling, and Lifestyle. Originally founded in 2016 as a Modeling Academy on the scripture; Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old they won’t depart from it.”
Vision
To raise an army of unashamed ambassadors of Jesus Christ, boldly proclaiming the good news of salvation to nations through their talents and crafts.
Mission
To dynamically empower children and youth, to thrive in their respective crafts through targeted skills training, workshops, coaching, and mentoring.
Programs
Delve into a world of creativity, expression, and elegance as you explore literature, arts, modeling, and lifestyle, each offering unique avenues to enrich your imagination.
Our Values
We strive to bring all our stakeholders value to make success together just as Albert Einstein once said: “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.”
Compassion
In a world filled with bad news and calamities day in and day out, our mandate it to raise an army of compassionate labourers of the kingdom of God, readily available to declare the mercies, goodness and salvation found in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Love
God is love and through His unconditional love, we are reconciled to Him through Jesus Christ. We are raising an army of unashamed youth, who will spread the love and will of God in all the industries they find themselves in.
Boldness
We strive to ignite an unmatched boldness in our students, boldness in their faith and boldness in their giftings/talents inclining and aligning to Ephesians 2:10.
Excellence
We are driven by excellence as we believe and are made in the image of a God who is excellent. We seek to render therefore services to all our clients and stakeholders with nothing less than the best from available resources at any given time.
Continuous Learning
We believe in lifelong learning. We foster a culture of continuous learning and growth throughout all our Programmes so we can always be better versions of our previous selves.
